Open gear applications have been a controversial lubrication area for years. LUBRIPLATE Gear Shields, in three different grades and characteristics, provide a product to meet most of these various applications. These products have performed to the satisfaction of even the most critical operators. These lubricants are applied as received -- THEY DO NOT HAVE TO BE HEATED for application. Likewise, they are also pliable at low temperatures.

LUBRIPLATE Gear Shield Heavy is an NLGI No. 2 grade. Both lubricants are recommended for normal gear coating applications.
