This bearing type is designed as a double-row, full complement Cylindrical Roller Bearing with ribs on both the inner and outer rings. These bearings will sustain heavy radial, impact, moment loads and will also take some axial loading. The outer ring has two snap ring grooves and there are two contact seals. The inner ring has a machined groove and holes for lubrication. These bearings are generally operated at low or medium speeds.

These bearings are most commonly used for crane rope sheaves and has outer ring rotation.
